C Series General Food & Beverage

  2. One-piece cast iron housing with precision machined bearing support assures gearset alignment, prolongs bearing life, provides exceptional overhung load capacities, and eliminates leakage problems common to two-piece housings
  3. High quality helical gearing is case hardened to 58-62 Rockwell C and precision finished for low noise and long service life.
  4. Standard backlash is ‹ 20 arc minutes.
  5. Double lip seals keep oil in and contaminants out. Double seals available for severe duty applications
  6. Stainless steel nameplate
  7. Strategically located oil fill, drain and breather ports for optimum mounting flexibility. Oil sight glass available
  8. Shipped with the proper amount and type of oil to prevent gear damaging dry start-ups

F Series General Food

KSS Series gerneral Stainless Steels

The quality-proven, high-efficiency MGS "K" Series speed reducer is now additionally available in a stainless steel housing as the “KSS” Series. The adaptability of the double-side, wobble-free, stainless steel bushing system (with expanded bore sizes) makes this unit ideal for the harshest washdown application.

  1. NEMA C-face Input adapter has an O-ring between the motor and reducer and an easy-mount, maintenance-free, flexible input coupling
  2. Bushing covers meet safety standards — outside closed cover cap - protects seals from high pressure washing. Inside split cover cap - enables easy assembly onto the shaft
  3. Patented stainless steel double side bushing mounted into stainless steel output quill – easily mounts onto standard stainless shafting. Readily change shaft size from a variety of available bushing sizes - inch and metric.
  4. Double sealed on both sides of output — with a dual lip outer seal and a single lip inner seal.
  5. Stainless steel oil fill plug and hardware with laser etched nameplate data
  6. Gears supported with dual bearings in one piece housing for structural rigidity.

OF Series Mechanical Variable Speed speed drives

ComTrac Series "0F" will provide dependable performance in adjustable speed applications which require high output speeds. The output shaft connects to the driven load by a coupling or with a belt or chain drive and can be horizontal, wall, ceiling, or vertically mounted without concern for lubrication or other modification.
